My Take on Climate Change By City Tech Blogger Daniel Rojas

When I think about climate change, I think of the things that we humans have done to our beautiful planet. Past generations have contributed to many of the problems we have today. We are exploiting all our natural resources to use them in the present like we did in the past. We are leaving the problems of climate change to future generations. I don’t want to imagine all the problems future generations are going to face.

Sometimes I talk to my friends about climate change, and we feel very concerned about what is going on around the world and especially what’s going to happen next. We feel very frustrated because even though we can try our best to change the way we live, it won’t change anything major to stop climate change. We think that it is the government’s job to make laws to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to fight against climate change. This change cannot be done by only a small group of people, it has to be done by everyone living on this planet. I think that we the young people are the ones that are going to start making changes for the good of the world. We have to fix the problems our past generations have left us and protect our own beautiful planet.
