My Take: Is Global Warming Real?

Global Warming is real. If you believe it or not. The world is going to die if we do not do anything about it. The world has changed so drastically due to global warming that it will get worse in the upcoming future. We all should come together towards slowing climate change, take a stand, defend our one and only place we live in and start protecting it.

Climate change is a serious issue that the world led by the United Nations must come together and deal with the way factories have been polluting with carbon dioxide emissions, which have been driving up the earth’s temperature. For example, BBC news states that “The Earth’s average temperature is about 15 degrees Celsius but has been much higher and lower in the past. There are natural fluctuations in the climate, but scientists say temperatures are now rising faster than at many other times” (BBC News).

I feel like humanity is the main culprit here. For example, I have seen some rich people who are billionaires who will not give a penny to fund to raise awareness of climate change. And I have also seen some rich people who donate no matter what. I know I cannot blame all the people in the world for climate change, but I know for a fact that most people are polluting our precious earth and they are not even doing anything to save it.  I think we are still able to avoid the worst effects of climate change by acting quickly —  and I mean quickly. This will not happen unless each human takes a step to save the earth.

Global warming has seen Warming Oceans, Sea Level Rise, Declining Arctic Sea Ice, Ocean Acidificationand much more. So, imagine if we do not take care of our earth. The earth will not take care for us.  And do you really want that? I will leave you to decide, so think about it. We as humans need to do something about climate change.
