Miles and miles of drought

It’s not often that a drought makes the editorial page of the NYT, but it happened yesterday. The facts of the Texas drought are stark: 6″ of rainfall rather than a normal 16″, agricultural losses that could double the previous record of $4 billion. Worst is, this drought could last 30-40 years. GR
