Poll: Global warming fears cooling

American’s views on global warming are changing. In a poll released today, the percentage of participants that responded they “worry a great deal or fair amount” dropped to 51 percent, down 15 percent from 2008.  At the same time, the poll found that 41 percent of respondents believe the seriousness of global warming is “exaggerated,” the highest level since the poll began in 1997.
