South Korea chaos after “heaviest” snowfall
The extreme cold and snow isn’t just confined to the United States. Heavy snowfall has hit South Korea, closing schools, stalling traffic, and causing homes to collapse. The storms greatest impacts were experienced on the east coast of the nation, sparing the capital city of Seoul. However, temperatures in the city have been so cold that the Han River has frozen over for the first time in many years. DB
