Obama on climate change strategy

President Obama said he is still committed to action on climate change in an interview with Rolling Stone, but it would have to be done in chunks rather than as a comprehensive bill. Some praised this approach, but many were skeptical. If Democrats lose the House, significant action is unlikely.
