Cutting school’s energy waste and bills

Bill Clinton’s Global Initiative just announced an Energy Efficient Schools Initiative that plans to install efficient windows, digital sensors, and smart thermostats in 500 Long Island and New York City schools by 2012, free to the schools. Students will learn how to cut energy use and costs.
