Participants in climate reviews suggest changes

At a Montreal meeting, participants in past reviews of research by Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) proposed changes in the IPCC’s review process. How the scientist authors tussle with government officials to agree on final wording needs change, as does how results are communicated.
